Are you a regulated company?
Yes. PropPluse is presented here as a regulated firm placeholder. Replace with your real license details before launch.
How do you ensure client fund safety?
Client funds are intended to be segregated from company operational funds, with platform security controls and applicable investor protection schemes where available.
What is negative balance protection?
Negative balance protection is designed so retail clients cannot lose more than the funds in their trading account under applicable rules.
My Account
Can I access my account on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The platform and features can be accessed on desktop, smartphone and tablet. iOS and Android versions are available.
I have a Mac. Is the platform compatible?
You can use the Mac build or compatible tools such as PlayOnMac where required for Windows desktop packages.
Can I open a demo account?
Yes. New traders are encouraged to practice with virtual funds before trading live. Demo usage is unlimited with a virtual opening balance of up to $100,000 (placeholder policy).
What are the different types of live trading accounts?
There are three account types: Silver, Raw Spread and Gold. Silver suits newer traders; Raw Spread offers raw pricing with commission; Gold sits between for more active traders.
What is the initial deposit for a live trading account?
Silver from $100, Gold from $2,500, Raw Spread from $5,000 (or equivalent). Final commercial terms are configurable.

What trading instruments do you offer?
CFDs on Forex, Metals, Energy and Spot Indices.
What is your spread?
Spreads start from as little as 0.1 pips depending on instrument and account type.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, debit/credit card, and other methods as configured. This demo lists Bank Wire primarily.
How much is the deposit fee?
We do not charge deposit fees in the standard configuration.
What leverage do you offer?
Leverage options include 1:5, 1:10 and 1:20 depending on client category and instrument rules. Leverage increases both potential profit and risk.
How to find swap rates in MT4?
In Market Watch, right click → Symbols → select the symbol → Properties to view swap long/short and contract specifications.
